What makes Metulas Supplements products different?
Each daily serving measure of one of our unique formulation Food Supplement Drink Mixes, has a base powder made up of a combination of 5 grams of L-Arginine and 1 gram of L-Citrulline. We then add to this powerful fusion of amino acids, specific amounts of carefully selected, naturally derived, vitamins, minerals, polyphenols, and proteins – to create delicious blends, with real fruit flavouring!

Something extraordinary can occur when L-Arginine and L-Citrulline are consumed together in such a mix ratio, in such a bioavailable supplementation form. They can work in conjunction with each other, in a reaction enabled by the oxygen present in our cardiovascular system, to produce nitric oxide gas – increasing and helping to maintain the levels already in our bodies of this amazingly ‘beneficial to our health’ molecule.
This specific ratio of 5 grams of L-Arginine to 1 gram of L-Citrulline, as adopted by Metulas Supplements, has been found to be an effective mixed dosage to function as a precursor to the production of additional nitric oxide in our physiological systems, and to be an effective mixed dosage to potentially help create levels that are high enough to make a difference and remain active for long enough to have a positive effect. Lesser amounts of each of these amino acids in combination have not shown to be as efficient in this synergistic catalytic process of additional nitric oxide production.
Why is the nitric oxide gaseous molecule potentially so important in helping our Food Supplement Drink Mixes to deliver maximum benefit?
Nitric oxide is what is known as a vasodilator, a ‘substance’ that relaxes our arteries and veins, which in turn can help ensure that a nutrient and oxygen rich delivery of blood can flow easily around our circulatory system, thus effectively reaching every part of the body, including the scalp. The production of this gaseous molecule creates and supports the perfect potential ‘delivery system’ for all the complementary vitamins, minerals, polyphenols, and proteins, contained within our Food Supplement Drink Mixes – increasing the possibility of getting them to where they need to be, to do what we want them to do.
